Who we are
Lit in Bucks, [Street address], Doylestown, PA 18901. We design holiday lighting previews for homes in Bucks County, PA and nearby towns. Installations are done by our installation partner.
What we collect
- The photo of your house that you upload.
- Your email address, so we can send you the link to your page.
- Your phone number and name, only if you give them to us.
- Basic technical data: a scrambled version of your internet address, used only to stop abuse of the upload form.
How we use it
- To create concept renderings of your house with holiday lighting.
- To email you the private link to those renderings. One email per upload.
- To call or text you about your lighting request, only if you asked us to and ticked the consent box.
We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list.
The renderings are made with AI
The images on your page are concept renderings generated by an AI image model from your photo. They show an idea of how your house could look. The final result can differ. Interior lighting, falling snow and some decorations are shown for effect. The final design, and the price, are confirmed at an on-site visit.
Who else sees your data
- Our installation partner receives your name, phone number and renderings only when you request a call.
- Service providers that run our site and send our email: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the photos and renderings; Resend delivers the email.
- AI services that make the renderings: your photo is sent to Google's image model through Higgsfield to generate the images, and to Anthropic's Claude to describe the house for the design. These providers process the photo to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Photos and renderings are deleted 90 days after upload unless you become a customer. Email us at any time and we delete them sooner, along with your email and phone number.
Your photo
By uploading a photo you confirm that it shows your own home, or that you have permission from the owner to use it. Please do not upload photos of other people's homes or photos that show people.
Calls and texts
If you leave a phone number and tick the consent box, you agree to this wording:
I agree to be contacted at this number by Lit in Bucks about my lighting request, including by call or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we stop. We keep a record of which version of this text you agreed to.
